New Research Linking Happiness and Productivity
Today we’ve read an article by Robb Moss on Personnel Today reporting on the research just out linking happiness and wellbeing at work with productivity.
Research from the University of Oxford has found that happy workers are 13% more productive. The article explains that this doesn’t mean happy workers stay longer, but rather that they are more productive in their time.
We are delighted that these studies are coming out if it helps to convince employers that it’s in their interest to support the wellbeing and happiness of their staff. This is what we’ve been saying forever!
