Today we’ve read an article by Robb Moss on Personnel Today reporting on the research just out linking happiness and wellbeing at work with productivity.
Research from the University of Oxford has found that happy workers are 13% more productive. The article explains that this doesn’t mean happy workers stay longer, but rather that they are more productive in their time.
