How are you managing during these uncertain times? It can be hard to stay focussed, feel connected and maintain a sense of wellbeing when everything is in flux. We would like to help you by offering a creative play session for adults or a music session for your kids.
We have adapted our popular Laughter at Lunchtime sessions (as mentioned in the Evening Standard mental health at work feature) for remote one-to-one or small group sessions.
If you have young kids at home, we can also help with a fun, interactive remote music session.
Corona Virus is affecting us all and we must adapt to these new circumstances. It’s important for both wellbeing and productivity to take regular breaks; but breaks need to be meaningful – scrolling through newsfeeds and social media can waste time, and be counter productive.
Creativity and play help us feel connected to one another and help us develop emotional tools to adapt
Engaging in a light-hearted creative activity can help you to let off steam and structure your working day, or alleviate boredom if you are self-isolating. More importantly, it can help you feel connected to your colleagues and find new ways to adapt to this situation.
If you’re working from home or self-isolating, we can provide a virtual, 30 minute, playful, creative wellbeing boost and a break to help keep you focussed and sane!
In addition, for those at home with young kids we can offer a 25-30 minute interactive children’s music session which you can book below
We are charging a small fee per session to make our sessions accessible for all who wish to explore creativity and play to boost wellbeing and productivity.
