Are you looking for fun and creative activities to do in a group? We harness the power of play and the transferable skills of games and improvisation to team build, lower stress and feel good. If you’re looking for a fun group activity with friends or colleagues, our Play Workshop for Adults is for you.
The central aim of the workshop is quite simply to help you to let off steam and have fun. It is not often in our adult lives that we can “let go” and play unreservedly. Our Play Workshop for Adults uses the power of play and laughter to essentially help you to switch off from daily stresses and to reconnect with your playful, joyful essence.
What will happen in this play workshop?
The workshop will last around an hour (depending on group size and requirements).
There is loads of research into the benefits of play for adults – do you remember the childhood game, Grandmother’s Footsteps? It’s actually good for you! You will be expertly let through a series of creative games and exercises. Some will be imagination-based, some more active – all designed to put you at ease and once you are, you’ll have huge amounts of fun and laugh more than you have in ages.
What kind of games will I play?
We tailor each workshop to suit the needs of the group, but you can see a few short videos of some of the games we play, and some will just have to remain a surprise!
What can I expect as an outcome from the session?
