Your trainers

Jo Michaels from Beyond Social Buzz is a social media expert, coach and trainer. She will provide insights, knowledge and facts about the ever-changing world of Social Media and how to make the most of it for your unique brand.

Jess Shaw is the director of Play Act Create Transform, with nearly 20 years’ experience of designing and facilitating creative workshops. She will offer practical exercises and techniques to access your creative side to generate ideas.
